We received a replacement track and transformer from the manufacturer in late November. Unfortunately, the replacement has the same over-heating problem as the original track and transformer. The replacement transformer lasted less than a month. Love the lights and pendants but unhappy with the track and transformer quality. We are planning to have tha track taken out, celing patched and live with our existing can lighting in the kitchen.

Would be willing to try Tech Lighting but components are more than our budget allows.
